Junior Java Software Developer

Build Java applications for Citi’s Operations Workbench as a Junior Developer, applying cloud-native technologies and engineering best practices.

This full-time Junior Developer contributes to a new platform for operational workflows. You will develop enterprise applications, participate in Agile Scrum, and collaborate with senior developers, QA, product owners, and architects. The work includes scalable solutions and modern financial technology.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy maintainable software

Implement tasks individually or through pair programming

Participate in daily stand-ups, planning, and refinement

Collaborate with senior developers, QA, and team members

Address technical requirements and articulate project challenges

Requirements: At least one year of software development experience

Proficiency in Java development

Experience working in Agile Scrum environments

Experience with enterprise-level application development

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology disciplines

Apply Java development, Agile collaboration, and enterprise application experience to Citi’s Operations Workbench platform.
